During your year with us we’ll focus not just on the technical skills but also on the soft-skills that help grow your personal development. You’ll discover how to influence, negotiate and prioritize workloads taking advantage of some great coaching and development workshops. Make sure you’re enthusiastic, ready to muck in and willing to learn.

What you’ll get in return
For starters, you’ll get to work in our state of the art offices; Instagram shots are highly encouraged! You’ll also be entitled to our unique benefits such as open holiday, 7.00pm – 7.00am email curfew, jumbo social events and discounted local gym.
Places are extremely competitive so you’ll need to be smart with your application. Many of our placement students’ progress onto graduate trainee contracts so think about the long-term qualities we’ll be looking for.
TOP TIP: Don’t forget to apply to Student Finance England whilst you’re on your placement year. Students can apply for a reduced tuition loan which will be paid on top of your placement salary. Nifty!
How do I apply?
Applications open at the start of October and close at the end of the December. The application process will take eight weeks (after the closing date) subject to demand.
We ask that you submit a tailored CV which reflects your unique character. See our guidelines for more details. If successful you’ll then be invited to complete a video interview. In the later stages of the process we’ll evaluate logical and numerical ability through short, snappy online games following by a final half day assessment centre.
