We’ve acquired Sync Interactive, a creative agency based in the West Midlands, specialising in mobile and business apps.
Sync Interactive are an agency working predominantly on mobile and web design.
The deal, for an undisclosed figure, will expand our business offering, giving our clients even more cutting-edge ways to grow their business through technology. It gives us both a platform for growth nationally and worldwide. It also opens new markets, promises more jobs and further investment in the future.
Sync Interactive is one of the UK’s leading mobile agencies. As well as mobile and web design, the business designs user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX), games, illustration, packaging and brands. It creates virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) apps too.
Sync Interactive currently create a wide variety of apps for famous high street restaurants, football clubs and business apps for lots of other international brands. The business picked up the award for the Best Mobile Agency (under 40 employees) at the RAR+ Digital Awards in 2015. Its employees will move into our Park View office in Solihull.
The Sync Interactive team will form part of our fast-growing IT team. In the past three years, our technology business has grown its turnover from £1.5m to almost £8m, going from employing 18 people to almost 70.
